THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!Had my new oven installed yesterday and the plumber flagged that we needed an electrician. I called Nathan from Luxen Electrical Group, and within 30 minutes he had one of his team at my house.What we thought would be a simple job turned into something much bigger, but they handled it all on the spot. Every time one issue was resolved, another popped up—but they just got on with it, no complaints, and without blowing out the cost.Really professional throughout, kept me informed, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. They even cleaned up after themselves, which says a lot.Even my plumber was impressed with their service.Highly recommend.

I had an electrical emergency over Easter, just as I was expecting a lot of guests for dinner.😩 Being Easter Saturday I thought I won’t be able to get hold of an electrician or I will need to take a second mortgage to cover the call out fee. Luxen Electrical Group was the first company I called and Nathan could not have been more helpful. He asked me to send him some photos and he took the time to troubleshoot remotely, eventually fixing my problem. Nathan was calm and wanted to resolve the issue as quickly as possible without exploiting the situation. I wish all businesses operated with the same integrity and I unreservedly recommend Luxen. Thank you Nathan for saving the night!

Having recently used Nathan at Luxen Electrical, I was so impressed with the service. Prompt reply, transparent quote and he went above and beyond to fix issues that arose. I cannot recommend Nathan and his team highly enough. We have spotlights installed, outdoor strip heaters and had our fire alarms wired in and updated. His team were polite, clean and tidy, and I would not hesitate in using Nathan and his team again.

I highly recommend this Company should you have electrical problems that need sorting. I needed a light fixture replaced and installed. Luxen supplied the fixture as well so this saved me the headache of trying to find a replacement. Tyson installed the fixture and even checked a few other electrical issues that may have been of concern. Tyson was a delight to deal with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very courteous. I also received a courtesy call re Tyson's ETA which was very much appreciated. I called Luxen Electrical Group early Saturday evening last week expecting I might be an inconvenience, but Nathan immediately made me feel like I was no trouble at all. From the moment he picked up the phone, he was calm, friendly and genuinely reassuring. Instead of making me feel guilty for interrupting his weekend, he treated my issue as completely valid and important.My problem was that all my appliances in my house were not working, and I didn’t know what to do. After about 30 minutes of Nathan talking me through what to do, we worked out it was the fridge/freezer. Nathan then went above and beyond and offered to drive to my place and store the contents of my freezer until I got a new freezer sorted out!Nathan’s professional, down-to-earth attitude put me at ease straight away. He took the time to listen, explained what needed to be done, and never once made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill with such thoughtful customer care, especially outside normal hours. On top of all that, he saved me a huge call out fee – $400!I’m incredibly grateful for his help and the way he handled the whole situation. Highly recommend!

We had Baxter, Tyson and Toby out to fit down lights, upgrade the switchboard and hang pendant lights. The boys were prompt, polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Baxter in particular was exceptionally patient as I changed my mind about the pendants several times.Nathan came out to quote on the day we called and the quote was very reasonable for all the work that was to be done.I would highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to call them if we need more work done in the future.

We highly recommend the work ethics of Luxen Electrical Group.Tyson was efficient in the work he carried out and attended to surrounding the isolator switch that he put in, after our new air conditioner / heater was installed.Due to the knowledge of all property's being different for such reasons as age and access, he returned a few times with what was needed. Tyson was very thorough in checking all of the buildings, including an old shed for any electrical faults that may or may not have surfaced, due to the building being older than 7 years. (New homes are covered by the compulsory insurance period in Victoria for major projects which last 7 years). Tysons nature was friendly and polite. He explained everything he discovered that was needed as the job unfolded in an easy and understanding way, which he was concerned about in regards to safety surrounding electricity.Thank you Tyson!
