He talked me through some instructions over the phone to save a possible unnecessary call out fee.He was so very patient, polite, polite and put my mind completely at ease and offering to drop by that day if I required. Then low and behold (when I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service), Nathan messaged me later that afternoon to see if everything was going ok.I Highly recommend Luxen after this brief introduction to a very professional service that is often rare experience in customer service these days.

We recently had Luxen Electrical Group complete a major electrical upgrade at our home in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Nathan, who carried out the work, was professional, reliable, and extremely thorough from start to finish.He completed a number of jobs for us, including upgrading all of our downlights, completing a full switchboard upgrade, and installing multiple new powerpoints exactly where we needed them throughout the house. Nathan also installed new exhaust fans in both bathrooms and ducted them properly out to the eaves, making sure that no moisture could build up in the ceiling space above the bathrooms. This level of attention to detail gave us real confidence that everything was done to the highest standard.What impressed us most was not just the quality of Nathan’s workmanship, but also the way he handled the job. He was punctual, kept us updated at every stage, and left the place neat and tidy after finishing the work. Nathan and the team were very professional and particular to details. I had the team wire in a sauna, install an outdoor ceiling fan and a bunch of new power points throughout the house, and they were quick and efficient. I also had them hard wire in some old fire detectors which was no issue. A last minute request is never too much for these guys to handle. Fittings are all modern and stylish. Thanks to the team for all the hard work!

Our power went out and required an electrician to fix it. My late Friday night call was answered and I was advised Nathan could come and repair it as soon as he could source the part Saturday am. He was here before nine. The job was done quickly and effectively and once the wires were reconnected by the power company the power was fully restored.Nathan was friendly, polite and if I could give him a bonus star for liking dogs and the extra pats my boy got I would. I would definitely use him again if needed.
